Suggest Treatment For Broken Arm

I fell down 3 steps and broke my arm, and the bone came through the other side. I shattered my hand into approx. 30+ pieces. I was in a cast for 3 months and when the cast came off my arm was still broke! My wrist is a bit deformed now but the pain is a 7/10 24-7. There was no physio ordered or a hand brace, so I have been trying to do exercises and ice, I have to wear the brace I purchased at Walmart, or I have no stability in my hand. If I don t wear the brace the pain is just too unbearable after I have done the simplist chore like dishes. They just fall out of my hands and it has now been almost 4 months! What is the next course of action to take!
