Suggest Treatment For Broken Nose

I have a broken nose 2 places found this out when he was assessing me to remove an area on fat part of nose at this time he said if needed he could stitch my nose if needed to close gap now is widered than ever and he wont fix it without doing two seperaate surgiers one for broken area and 2 one for where the biopsy was done i dont have the money and i feel ugly my husband is always making comments about it
