Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis Leading To Chest Pain And Breathlessness

I am 61 yr old female in good health,never get sick and never on any perscription drugs for anything. do have a heart history failure on both sides of family. 8 wks ago I was so sick I drove myself to the E.R. Cold and flue like symtems. I was told Bronchitis. NOT...! after 4 wks of coughing and trying to get well, I was able to go back to work. I have a fairley physical job (cleanning) lots of stairs, hauling things, etc. the first day of work...back to E.R. my chest hurt so bad when I bent down, headach, shortness of breath, then befor long I could hardley take a breath at all (no cold sympt} All n all, I feel like I m dying.
