Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis

Hi, I visited my doctor today and was diagnosed with bronchitis despite having clear lungs. I just started coughing today, and am currently on the tail end of a stomach virus. My blood pressure was normal, but I've been having some slight chest pains and intestinal cramping. Is this a combo of the two illnesses still at work?
