Suggest Treatment For Brown Bumps On Penis

I have small brownish bumps on my penis shaft that just started showing up two days ago. I never had anything like this happen before. I have had the same sexual partner for the last two years and we both have been faithful. There are some spots without bumps when it started and then some bumps are going down. Im scared because I have no clue what it can be.
