i have a brown substance in my underwear constantly. my underwear is always wet, it doesnt hurt itch or burn but its always wet and smells funny. i shower and it stays dry down there for about 10 minutes then the next time i check its a little wet and a little brown. by the end of the day it can be completly soaked and brown.
