Suggest Treatment For Brown Mole And Swollen Joint Pain

I am in perimenopause. Also have lots of new flat, light brown to black moles appearing all over my body. I'm on bioidentical progesterone and estradiol. Also have a pituitary microadenoma, which was discovered last year. All of my thyroid panels, vitamin D, metabolic, cortisol, etc. were normal a year ago. I have also recently begun having joint pain, first in my SI joints. Those went away and then my pinky finger was red, swollen, and painful. Now both my shoulders are killing me! I am a nurse, under a great deal of stress. I can't seem to get out of bed. I cry at the drop of a hat. Help!
