Suggest Treatment For Brown Mole Like Spot On Face

Had a mole on neck with hair I pulled hair than pulled to much an pimple like brown mole came off an had clots an bleeding an now my face is like red sandpaper alergic reaction not sure if related, only alergic to penicillin, could it be from moldy she d or mole I picked , idk what else caused face to rash red
