Suggest Treatment For Brown Patches On My Breast

I noticed one or so years ago (I am 35 now n virgin) some light brown little spots (bit bigger than normal moles and with indefinite outline thus seems like discoloration) around my breasts and chest. Plus there are some tiny brown dots as well which is not part of skin but as it sticks to it (I mean can feel it if try to). They appeared first on the sides of breasts but now some are on abdomen, neck and even on left cheek.
