Suggest Treatment For Brown Raised Bumps On Armpits And Breast

when I was pregnant with my son I had boils and sores that would appear on my breasts and all the way up to my armpits. They have gotten better, but have not completely gone away. Now I have scar tissue from them on my arm pits and my breasts have these brown raised bumps all along the sides of both breasts, Im not sure what they are or how to get rid of them.
