Suggest Treatment For Brown Rashes On Lower Back

Hi I'm 15 and recently found a bown rashy looking patch of skin on my lower back where my left kidney would be. it does not hurt does not itch is not raised in any way and my skin it not dry it looks more like i was hit and the skin stained a brown color.
