Suggest Treatment For Brown Spots On My Abdomen

okay so mostly on my arms and a little on my abdomen there are tiny brownish spots scattered all over i have had these since around 10 years old what is this? I am 16 years old 150 pounds around 5'11'' and i am white and have been spending more time in the sun outside than usual
