Suggest Treatment For Brownish Nipple Discharge From Breasts

I have clear sometimes brownish nipple discharge from both breasts. A lump in the right and a knot near the nipple in the left. I have fibrocystic breast disease and don't control my caffeine intake...is it possible this is from the previous diagnosis or could it be something else?
