Suggest Treatment For Brownish Patches On Thighs/arms While Having Pityriasis Lichenoides Chronica

Hi Doctor, Im writing from Bangalore. I am a 26 old married woman with a skin condition diagnosed as Pityriasis Lichenoids Chronica through biopsy. I am of wheatish complexion and have light brownish patches on my thighs at the back and my arms. I have taken homeopathic medicine and was of little help to me. Could you please suggest me the treatment for this?
