Suggest Treatment For Bruise And Swelling In The Ankles

Hello. I have a horse riding accident this afternoon and hurt the inside of my ankle. It is very bruised and a little swollen. In the past couple of hours I have noticed that the veins in the inside of my lower leg have swollen. This only shows when standing. I do have some tingling in my leg and toes. should I go to the hospital and have it checked out or do you think I should just keep it elevated
