Suggest Treatment For Bruise And Swelling On The Stomach

I was messing around with someone doing some martial arts and they did a move on me which entailed stretching out my arm with one hand and forcing their fist into the upper left side of my chest (not punched. Their fist was just putting a lot of pressure on me) Today it hurts like a big bruise I don t have any swelling or feel anything out of place Hurts to lay on my stomach, tender to the touch, no visible bruise but it hurts as bad as one. I tried ibuprofen with tylenol and some essential topical oil. Neither worked. Would a thermacare heat patch help soothe the pain?
