Suggest Treatment For Bruise Around Spine

My sister has noticed over the past 2 weeks that her back has started to bruise around her spine. It has really accelerated in the past 2 days. Her lower back is very tender to touch around her spine. She has not been in any type of accident. She is 35, 5ft4in, and slim. She has been treated for lymphomia cancer 15 years ago.
