Suggest Treatment For Bruise In My Forehead

hi, in november i tripped while walking and hit my head on a newspaper stand. The cut was pretty deep but I had a paramedic look at it and he said I didn't need to go to the hospital. My cut is healed now and just feels bruised, but I still have a weird sensation when I rub the area above it (only when I touch this area do I notice the feeling is different) Will this ever go away? Do I have anything to be worried about?
