Suggest Treatment For Bruise In My Kids Abdomen

I suddenly noticed a bruise with knot in the middle of the bruise on the abdomen of my 4 year old daughter. The bruise was about the size of a nickel and then spread. As the bruise has spread and is healing, the knot appears a bit bigger and is clear from the bruising. Thoughts?
