Suggest Treatment For Bruise Like Mark On Inner Thigh

I have a bruise like mark on my inner thigh it has been there for over 3 weeks and is not improving at all, its a purple reddish colour and sometimes looks black, it is patchy like small circles but a lot of them, and its over a big area! It is tender to touch like a bruise!
