Suggest Treatment For Bruise Like Marking In My Legs

female, 56, normal wgt.. have had hx of what appears to be bruise-like markings (but aren't) just on lower legs for 2 mos. that do not change in appearance. No pain, itching, swelling, elevation or drainage. have profound fatigue, rt/lt. flank discomfort. No fever, chills, night sweats. flank discomfort more uncomfortable when lying down on that side. loss of appetite; no n/v; loose stools for same amount of time. i have no bldg/clotting disorder that is apparent. have hx of several hepatic hemangiomas that usually give no problems with nml lft's in past. last cbc showed wbc of 3k, mild anemia; normal thyroid. have been tested for sle long time ago and was negative. had several recent bouts of sciatica. otherwise healthy and on no meds. have long hx of gastritis, controlled by diet. have psoriatic arthritis that is relatively mild.
