Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Elbow, Arm And Shoulder Pain After Injury

Hi I fell on some ice a week ago and hit my elbow. I got a mild bruise and my arm and shoulder ached some but I have a very sore spot near the point and if I tough it it hurts very bad. It feels like a hot poker is sticking in that spot. It is getting worse. If anything even brushes against it I feel the burning pain. Sherry
