Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Right Side Of Lower Stomach

I have a bruise mark, the size of a poker chip on the right side of my lower stomach. No pain...not even sensitive. And, I didn't bump into anything. This happened before in the same area, only the first time it was much larger. Eventually it went away.
