Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Right Side Of Stomach And Ribs

I am a 26 year old female, I got a colonoscopy yesterday morning. I felt fine right after but once the drugs wore off i got a few different pains. One of the pains was bizarre. It felt as if i had gotton a large bruise on the right side of my stomach and ribs. When touching my skin i felt like I had been hit really hard from the outside. Also i have a pain where my right kidney is and pain sort of near my ovaries. The doctor on call was not very helpful, any suggestions?
