Suggest Treatment For Bruise On The Bridge Of Nose

I have unexplained bruising at the bridge of my nose. Very red on the sides and now the bruising is under my eyes as well. One week ago I had a very swollen nose bridge with pain similar to a large pimple under the skin. It was larger and more painful the next day. The next day the swollen painful spot was better and it was very bruised down to about the middle of my nose. I've had no injury. I've seen many posts online with the same symptoms but no answer other than could be a sinus infection. It's been a week now and I believe it is still bleeding inside. Should I be concerned? I'm 45, 5' 2", 125lb, female in great health.
