Suggest Treatment For Bruise On The Forearm

I have a bruise about the size of a baseball on my forearm that I don't remember injuring. Looks like a normal bruise but now I have a white spot that is basically a knot under the skin in the middle of it. Should I be concerned with it being maybe a clot?
