Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Wrist

I experienced sudden onset of blue discoloration on left wrist which looks kind of like bruising but no injury occured. Minutes after I noticed the blue colored areas I began experiencing some numbness and slight weakness sensation in left hand/wrist.
