Suggest Treatment For Bruised And Dry Penis After Masturbation

hello. I had a girlfriend last yr, and she used to give me really rough handjobs and it caused a tiny bruise on the shaft of my penis . ever since shes moved away wich is almost a year ago, i have been masturbating and the bruise grew really large, probably an inch in diameter. also another bruise formed and this one is much darker but no way near as big and this bruise is near my scrotom but still on the shaft. I've tried holding off several times but the longest i can go without masturbating is a week, and the bruise hardly seems to fade within that time until i have an insatiable craving to masturbate again. im really stuck with this, and its hurting my confidence with the girls because i dont want them to see it and think its a STD.

Any help in what i should do or if theres any creams that you would recommend would be highly appreciated.



also, the skin on my penis is not dry what so ever, and since iv had this bruise for so long without giving it more than a week to fade, is it possible that it could be a scar now?
