Suggest Treatment For Bruised Finger Nail

I slammed the tip of my pointer finger in the car door this morning. Nail has triangle-shaped blood underneath, underside is purple. Very painful, can't sleep. Took 200 mg of Ibuprophen an hour ago. Throbbing. I'm pretty sure that I could bend the joint if it wasn't swollen. Is there anything I can do at home now?
