Suggest Treatment For Bruised Hands After A Fall

I fell backwards while rollerblading tonight landinhard on the palms of my hands and Sara area of my back. Both hands now have bruises in the palms and at the under side of wrist joint at the start of the hand. Not sure if it s just ruptured vessels or something more serious. YYYY@YYYY
