Suggest Treatment For Bruises On Back

I recently have these bruise-like things on my back that I don't know where they came from. The strange thing is that they are almost perfectly round and are lined up in three horizontal lines all equi-distant from each other. A single line of them appeared a few weeks ago but dissappeared like regular bruises. Now there is more (they stretch across my entire back.)
