Suggest Treatment For Bruises On The Breast

i have several bruises on my breasts...in line shape. mostly on one breast, and I thought it might be from my husband getting too rough during foreplay, but they are on the other too....ive had them before and really didnt think anything about it...but now they are back. what could be causing this?
