Suggest Treatment For Bruising And Swelling On Head After Injury

Hi, I hit my my head just below and very close to my temple on the edge of the table accidently, the pain lasted for an estimated 30 seconds maybe longer and now it s swollen to the touch. My right eye feels slightly closed up in the corner as well from the impact. Haven t experienced any headache so far. im worrying myself sick after reading articles online.
