Suggest Treatment For Bruising Around Left Eye After A Fight

i got hit in the nose a week ago. left eye is still bruised. I can feel the bone on the right side of my nose that goes to my cheek bone, but the left side i do not feel that bone and there is a hard lump just under my eye where the bruising is. I can breathe through both sides normally. is this something i should get checked?
