Suggest Treatment For Bruising On The Buttocks

Hello ..last year June 26 2014 i had buttocks implants..my right buttock never settled i had bruising from the first day ..after couple months i developed scar tissue arounded i made a a appointment to replace it Mar 18 was my surgery ,i guess the day of the surgery found out that i had developed a infection me and the doctor deside to remove the implant and he said will replace it back in three months .... My concern is is safe to go back to put the implant or remove theone that i have...thank
