Suggest Treatment For Bubble Like Growth On The Corner Of Eye

I am a 49yr. old female, weight 150, height 5"1". I was diagnose with hyper thyroid disease six years ago. I have been on synthroid medication since. I also developed high blood pressure over the six years. I am taking blood pressure medication.

Last year I noticed a bubble like growth growing on the corner of my eyelid. I was told it is from clogged sebaceous. How do I get rid of it. It is very embrassing.
