Hello. hope you will be fine. i m a 26 year old guy with a weight of 72kg 15.5 inch bicep i do regular workout from the last 6 months i want a better mass and size till 19-20 inch bicep. ive a heavy diet of eggs beef fish milk grams wheat barley bananas apple dates and lots of water. i am planning to consume whey protein now will it effect me for building up my size soon. if yes then in what time will i get the results? please reply in detail....thanks
