Suggest Treatment For Bulky Ovary With Echogenic Cyst

hai,i am 37 years old married women havin 7 years old child.from two weeks i had pain in my left side of abdomen . so i had ultrasound of my whole abdomen . in that it said that my left ovary is bulky due to 38.1*36.5*31.3mm(vol:22.7ml)sized echogenic cystic area. please tell me that it is curebel or not.
