Suggest Treatment For Bump And Vomiting After Hitting Head

Hello my son is 15 months and my wife called me and told me she put a baby gate up and he was playing around it and he fail hitting his head on the tv stand we have now there is a bump and a slight cut on his head about an hour afterwards he started to throw up after he has been crying for that hour does any of this have to do anything with maybe a concusion
