Suggest Treatment For Bump Near Anus

literally on the side of my pee hile there a small bump. It gets bigger if i dont sqeeze it an let out clear and a little sticky liquid. It never hurts or anything but gives a little tingle for 1 second every other day and its been there for a long time. Do you know what this is? please explain.
