Suggest Treatment For Bump Near Finger And Stiffness If Its Muscles

in the morning when I wake up I cannot straighten my finger. it stay curved down. after a few hours it will straighten almost all the way but is very tender. there is a bump about 1/2 an inch below where my finger connects to my hand. If I touch it at anytime it hurts like hell
