Suggest Treatment For Bump On Head And Headache After Injury

Hi My Mom took a fall on the ice earlier today and landed on the back of her head. She came in and toppled over because of the pain. The fall induced some blood to produce from her head. There is a large bump on her head, she has a headache, and even after a pain reliever her head still hurts. Its not bleeding any longer. We don't have insurance. Any suggestions?
