Suggest Treatment For Bump On Lower Shaft Of Penis Oozing Puss

I have a large bump on lower shaft of penis that swelled up to like the size of a jaw breaker and I put peroxide on it when it started oozing puss and the next day I did it again and on day three the swelling has barely gone done its very tender and hurts a lot still and now there is a hole that a qtip can fit in it what is it and how do I treat it?
