Suggest Treatment For Bump On Shoulder And Pain In Arm

I have a bump on my non dominent shoulder. The pain slowly increased over a month sending pain and tingling sensation down my arm. My cousin noticed the bump. I squeezed with the best reach I could and some white thick fluid came out. I could not get it all out and the bump is smaller but still causing the same pain and will not drain now. What could be the problem?
