Suggest Treatment For Bump On The Clitoris

I had a hard bump right above my clitoris and when I popped it there was mainly clear stuff but now it is a large open cut/ sore. I had the bump since about my last period which I think I shaved and it didn't start to hurt or get bigger until I shaved again. Do you think it is just an ingrown hair or could it be herpes. I did have vaginitis over the summer as well.
