Suggest Treatment For Bump On The Vaginal Lip

I shave my public hair with soap and I shaved the day before I started my period. Well six days later on the day that I got off my period I noticed that I had a big bump on my vaginal lip that touches my thigh . I popped it and when I did thick yellow puss came out and then when I squeezed it again blood came out can someone please help me. I'm very scared.
