Suggest Treatment For Bumps All Over Labia

i have a white liquid coming out of my vagina all the time so i wear panty liners. that s been going on for almost a year. now my labia itches and the itching went away for a couple of weeks and now itches again. i looked in the mirror and saw white bumps all over the inner labia. whats going on?
