Suggest Treatment For Bumps And Itching On Penis

hi i have noticed that after having sex with my partner with a latex condom we did it like four or five times now and i have developed these little red bumps that itch for like one day and the next day it would stop and dont come back until like i have sex with the condom again and now it wont go away the red bumps are just there what do u suggest that i do..... Treatment?
