Suggest Treatment For Bumps And White Boils On Penis

hi, i had unprotected sex about a year ago. and about 2weeks after that i began getting a burning sensation when i urinated, this sensation however went away after a while. i have a lot of bumps on my penis head which looks like pearly penile papules(i can send pictures if required). also at the back of the penis right by the frenulum i have 4 white boils that never hurt or secrete any thing(more like an acne except it is not red around the rims and does not hurt). i tend to get these boils in my genital area which burst into a water like substance and then some thing blood colored fluid comes out. the boils hurts for a while and then heals, i wear briefs so i don't know if this is a possible irritation problem.

Additional information:
My gums tend to bleed every time i brush and also sometimes for no reason, i have no idea if it is possibly linked.
