Suggest Treatment For Bumps In Armpits And Mon Pubis

Hi. I have a tendency to get these bumps the size of snow peas (but smaller) on my arm pits and on the outside of my mon pubis. They are somewhat like pimples because they hurt when I touch them, but when I pop them, smelly puss comes out. Should I seek medical help or can I live my life without worrying?
